Return and Refund Policy

At Cormarant Beach Club, we take pride in offering high-quality food, beverages, and hospitality experiences. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a reservation or purchase.

1. Food & Beverages

Once food or beverages have been prepared and served, they cannot be returned or refunded.
If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect item served or quality concern), please bring it to the attention of our staff immediately so we can resolve it on the spot.

2. Reservations & Events

Reservations may be modified or cancelled in line with our booking policy.
For prepaid events, packages, or deposits, refunds will only be issued if cancellations are made within the time frame stated at booking.
In the event that we must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

3. Online Payments

Any online payment errors (duplicate charges, failed transactions) must be reported to us within 7 working days for correction.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards, promotional offers, and discounted packages are non-refundable.
